I got myself some Kaleidoscopes!

The lovely Bregje sent me a message she discovered a webshop through one of her readers still carrying a few Kaleidoscopes. So, obviously I had to take a look at it. After a loooong day of waiting for my registration approval I finally could shop! The ones I got are Don't Be A Square which I am showing you now, Tickle My Triangle and Kaleidoscope Him Out. Obviously I still have the others on my wishlist but I am happy I snagged these up for a nice price.

Don't Be A Square is a nice pink holographic polish. It looks way more peachy here than it does in sunlight. Unfortunately I forgot to take sunlight pics.. too busy shopping haha!

3 coats was needed for a good opaque result, maybe even 4 if you have a white part on your nails. The polish consistency was.. weird. Like glue a bit. It didn't drag. it wasn't thick, but it wasn't flowy either. Just weird.

Do you own any Kaleidscopes? And what is your favorite (to have)?

  5. Pretty! The Kaleidoscopes are getting almost as hard to come by now as are the OMG's.  Prices took a huge jump on eBay in the past couple months all but for these 3 that you got which seem to be more plentiful out there. I am so glad I completed my collection of the OMG's and Kaleidoscopes. I was not into major collecting and reading blogs when these lines came out so I totally missed them. Also we did not have anywhere that carried China Glaze in retail. They all went for Essie, OPI and some carried CND still. But until we got a lot of Sally's chain stores, China Glaze was really not around for 400 miles of me. I finally tracked down my very last OMG called 2NITE that is one often over looked in collections. I am not sure when it came out. I get the feeling it trailed the original release. I read references about 2 groups of OMG's released. That one by far was the hardest for me to find. It's blue which are always the harder ones to find it seems - blues and purples go first - or maybe not that much of 2NITE was made? It's just rarely in blog reviews of the entire OMG collection. Maybe I can help you find some of your most wanted Kaleidoscopes (or OMG's) and we can ship things back and forth.

  6.  Let me know what is on your wish list. I hear that China Glaze can be hard and expensive for you to get there - is this correct? You can write me msmorro((at))charter((dot))net

  7. Hi, that's so sweet of you! I'll send you an e-mail, I usually buy China Glaze online because in my country it's indeed pretty pricey. If you´d be able to track down OMG´s and Kaleidoscopes I´d be forever thankful!
