Beige and gold nails with the saran wrap technique!

Hi girls! There I am again :) really enjoy posting all the manicures I wore during the last few weeks.

One of the hypes going around right now is the saran wrap technique. It's used to create some kind of marbled effect without much trouble. Loqi already showed you a gorgeous manicure using this technique past Monday. I myself wore this manicure not last Friday, but the week before. Needed something not too loud but just nude nails really are a bit too boring for me ;).

That's why I started with 2 coats of OPI Did You 'ear About Van Gogh? and after it dried fully (important!) added 1 coat of H&M Golden Treasure, one nail at a time, and used saran wrap (or cling wrap, huishoudfolie, what ever you call it) to create this gorgeous effect.

You like it too? And have you tried for yourself already?

I love this! It turned out so much better than mine, I think the colors I used were too close. This is fantastic!

This is the first time I've heard of this technique and the effects came out pretty. Need to figure out what cling/saran wrap is before I give it a try first lol

  15. Yup, it is! Just make little "balls" out of it and dab your second coat of polish with it.

  18. But that's what I loved about yours, how close the colors where but you could still tell it wasn't a plain color! Thanks for the sweet comment :).

  19. It's just simple foil you use in the kitchen to wrap up bowls and such! Nothing too special :). Thanks!
