ReplyDeleteI would use the OPI spotted over one of my rainbow honey nail polishes like pinkie promise, or 20% cooler, then I would try it over my Deborah lippman candy shop or stairway to heaven, than over my color club magic attraction! I could honestly keep going.........there are soooooo many polishes that it would look great on, I cannot choose one!
