Hello everyone! This is Mich from The Polish Well. I'm really excited and honored to be doing a guest post here for Deborah! LVCAM has been one of my favorite nail blogs since I've first started my polish obsession late last year! Her swatches and layering posts always had me all starry-eyed. Unfortunately, I don't have a good eye for awesome layering so I've decided to try my hand at some other nail art instead.
A few days ago, I fell in love with a picture of some super adorable owls and I simply had to try it on my nails. So here's what I ended up with:
Oops, sorry for the awkward hand pose. I loved the owl on my thumb so I tried to include it in this pic. lol!
I started with a purple ombre using a-england's Elaine and Guinevere as well as China Glaze's Light As Air. Then I dotted the owls and added random squiggly lines and dots in different colors to fill up the empty spaces.
This is the picture that inspired this mani:
The owls are so adorable right?! *swoons*
I hope you liked what I did for you! It was really fun coming up with this mani :) Thank you for having me on your blog, Deborah! <3
