Crappy pictures, gorgeous polish

And still I am posting this. Will redo sometime though because I really didn't capture the beauty of this polish!

This is Urban Outfitters Sea Dust, the dupe for Deborah Lippmann Mermaid's Dream. This was actually the first polish I bought while in America and I was quite pleased with my find, because well, it is a gorgeous polish.

I used 3 coats and topcoat for my swatches and I couldn't capture the true color at all. It was too reflective and after vacation I was struggling getting my settings right again on my camera, that didn't help either.

The base of this polish is a seafoam green foil, and there are lots of blue hex glitters suspended in the foil base. Even with topcoat (and a smooth feeling to touch) it doesn't shine as much as a creme or shimmer would, but that's just the grainy base.

There are more than enough great swatches on the internet that do show the beauty of this polish, and as I said I am sure I'll wear and photograph this again sometime!

  1. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of
plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of
completely unique content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any solutions to help stop content from being stolen? I'd
    definitely appreciate it.
