Hi loves! Almost weekend right? Any special plans? Tomorrow night I have a little Christmas reception and Saturday we are visiting my parents, taking them to dinner at Look (a restaurant that serves everything with garlic. Garlic ♥). Sunday we are visiting some other family so a few busy days ahead of me!
Now, for the third Christmas Manicures post. I recently received my little ILoveNP order containing both Ginger Spice Latte and Christmas in Bordeaux. I really was excited to try them both so I thought, why not create a little mish mash manicure?
I started with China Glaze Holly-Day on all nails except those on my ringfingers. I used 3 coats, I still find this polish has a weird consistency. It is sheer but opaque at the same time.. On my ringfinger nails I used 2 coats of China Glaze Winter Berry. I let that all dry for a while.
I used 1 coat of ILoveNP Ginger Spice Latte on my indexfinger and pinky. It applied really easy, it has a great brush, the ILoveNP packaging is adorbs and my overall experience with this brand is already just awesome! I loooove how there are more colors in this one than just your standard gold. It gives more depth to it.
I used 2 coats of Christmas in Bordeaux on my thumb and middlefinger. This one is less dense but still awesome. Also, both glitters dried smooth. Really, really smooth. They were a pita to get off though, so that might have something to do with the flatness of the glitter.
My ringfingers were taped up. I used the tutorial by Nailside and Pshiit to create a cute Christmas tree. The green polish is China Glaze Glittering Garland, so perfect because the flecks really gave the tree a lot of depth! I used a small dottingtool and H&M Golden Treasure for the little dot on top.
So, what do you think of this manicure? You like it?
