My NYE manicure!

How about showing something way too late ;-)? That would be my NYE manicure! Even better, my birthday manicure still has to be shown and that was before NYE!

For NYE I obviously wanted to do something with glitter. I also saw this gorgeous manicure by Mich from The Polish Well on Instagram so I used that partially as inspiration. I wanted to do a proper skittlette manicure, have a few nails full on bling and a gradient.

I started by painting my thumb, index and pinky with 3 layers of China Glaze Champagne Kisses. My middle finger and ring finger were painted with 1 layer of Wet 'n Wild Black Créme.

That all needed to dry for a while, but after that I used pieces of striping tape on my index nails, and painted over it with Wet 'n Wild Black Créme. I removed it directly, unfortunately causing some lines to bleed. I used the brush of China Glaze Champagne Kisses to create the gradient on my middle and ring finger.

I hope you like this manicure, what did YOU wear for NYE? Tell me in the comments!
