Hi loves! Last one of the beauties from Too Fancy Lacquer that'll be released January 9th (THAT'S TODAY!) at 12pm (US EDT)/7pm (CET)/2am (Hong Kong time). The other shades to be released are Love Diamonds and This Love Is Smokin' Hot (The Lovelock Duo), and A Currant Affair, Prima Donna and Shrinking Violet (The Viola trio).
This is The Crown Jewel, and it's a stunning deep dark blue scattered holo. It is really dark (a bit darker even than my pictures show) and it has great depth to it. Somehow I feel this has the slightest jelly finish to it, but it's almost opaque in 1 coat, the second coat perfecting the finish. As usual, it applied heavenly and combined with topcoat it dries to a high shine finish.
I really like the variation on the usual linear holographics we see coming from Charlene, not to say that I don't like the holo's ;-). This is a very flattering shade and I am sure many of you will love it!
What do you think of The Crown Jewel? And how do you feel about scattered holo's? Tell me in the comments!

ReplyDeleteThis is very pretty! I think scattered holos are dandy--holo is never a bad thing no matter what form it's in.
