Hi loves! Sooo.. I am slowly getting used to the nubs and starting to appreciate them again - No issues with stuff getting under your nails, no issues with scratching yourself accidentally, no fear of breaks. I'm not sticking to these ultranubs though ;-).
Also I'm sorry I'm not back to the regular schedule yet but I'm sure I'll have lots of new things to show you soon as I am currently in Germany on a little city trip :-D which means drugstore heavens!
I did some cute nail art and I wanted to share with you! I used Dior Porcelaine as my base (another perk: not as much of this expensive beauty needed for these shorties) and applied 3 thin coats. After that I took a white polish and piece of sponge and dabbed some white on the bottom corner of my middle and ring finger nails. It barely shows in the picture but it added the little background I was looking for. After it dried, I used a black striper for some "branches" and made little dots with Dior Orange Psychédélique to mimic cherry blossoms. I was inspired by Robin Moses for this design! Mine came out way more cartoony than the original design but I still liked it :-).
What do you think of my take on the original design? Any tips on a good striper brush?
