PrettyPolish was kind enough to sent me a few polishes for review purposes and since I had been putting this beauty in and out of my shopping bag for days, Petra was so sweet to include it. PrettyPolish is a nail polish stockist that has a great mixture of indie brands and mainstream labels. The most exciting thing is they stock brands we usually can't get our paws on brands such as Zoya and Color Club, but also piCture pOlish, SpaRitual and other brands. Shipping is available internationally so be sure to take a look and check out what they have to offer!
My package arrived well packed, each bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap or put in a little box so the glass wouldn't smash together. The box itself was filled with little air pockets to make sure the contents wouldn't fly around either.
Now, for the beautiful polish I received. piCture pOlish Eerie is the collaboration shade between Very Emily and piCture pOlish. If you want to read about the inspiration behind this shade make sure to read her post about it! This is a lovely lavender shade and the formula is perfect. 2 buttery coats are all you need, and it dries to a smooth finish. There's both a subtle holographic sparkle to this shade as well as irregular shaped pink, green, blue and silver shimmer that doesn't always show but when the light hits it right, it gives so much depth!
To make it even prettier (at least I think so ;-)) I added some stamping using MoYou London Bridal 07 and Konad White. I really love the white stamping against the lavender base, and how the sparkle peeked through the design.
What do you think of this combination? And have you ever heard about PrettyPolish? Tell me in the comments!
