Hi loves! Today I have 5 polishes for you from El Corazon. This is from their Kaleidoscope range and the collection is called Dreams Of Spring. It's made up of 9 shades in total (that's a weird number) and all polishes are a creamy base filled with irregular shaped blue micro glitter. Sounds a bit weird maybe but it really works :-). All swatches are over a base of Duri Rejuvacote, 2 coats and no topcoat.
Let's take a look!
Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 01 Пора цветения is a warm toned orchid shade. The blue glitter pops nicely without being overpowering and adds some interest. It applied heavenly, really creamy and opaque and very smooth in finish.
Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 03 Мечты… букет фиалок is a cool toned lavender shade. I really love how light this is but still purple. It didn't look chalky at all and again, application was a dream.
Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 04 Первый подснежник might be my favorite. This is a white base (but it looks baby blue because of the micro glitter) and it reminds me of porcelain somehow :-). The best application actually which is surprising for a white, it was almost good in 1 single coat!
Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 06 Райский мой сад is a dusty green shade. It arrived with the brush cap not closed properly but luckily the polish didn't leak too much and the formula was still good. Also easy to apply!
Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 08 Зов колокольчика is another beauty, this one's more blue and a bit brighter than the previous shade. The blue micro glitter looked the least "off" (I like it in every shade!) in this combination.
I was pleasently surprised with these shades and love the creamy bases, the blue micro glitter adds a fun pop of sparkle to these. Application was great on all of them and they dry quickly and smooth. My favorite would be 04 Первый подснежник, followed by 03 Мечты… букет фиалок.
Which one's your favorite? Tell me in the comments!

ReplyDelete04 is flipping amazing….you're spot on that it's reminiscent of porcelain! Great swatches!
ReplyDeleteI love that dusty green
ReplyDeleteI like the idea and the shades, but I only wish the glitter they used was slightly different for each shade.
ReplyDeleteI'm obsessed with your nails. #kthanksbye
ReplyDeleteThese are *gorgeous*! I was a bit hesitant when I read your description about them all having blue microglitter in them but it really works and ties the whole set together. As for a favourite I think I'd have to go with 08 but they're all lovely. Great swatches!

ReplyDeleteI can understand your opinion - it does tie the collection together but it's also a bit of a one trick pony thing now.
ReplyDeleteAww you are making me blush Laura!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Katherine! I'll admit I wouldn't be as thrilled about all shades, but with these colors the glitter worked great :-).
