Hi loves! Today I have a fun review to share with you, it consists of 5 shades from Crazy Polish Lady. They represent 3 different collections so I am sure there's something for everyone included. Crazy Polish Lady is a Portuguese indie brand that ships internationally, and the shipping cost are very acceptable!
Crazy Polish Lady Banana Mama is a fun white based glitter. It holds small yellow and red glitter that appears orange too sometimes because of the creme base it is in. Application was very easy, I only needed 2 coats for opacity and it went on smooth and easy. This is part of the Refreshing Summer collection.
Crazy Polish Lady Breakfast at Tiffany's is a creamy pink base filled with shiny red glitter. It's so cute and perfect for the holidays! This had an amazing formula - slightly thick but super opaque and easy to manage. I could almost get away with one coat! I adore this shade. It's part of the Fall/Winter 2014 collection.
Crazy Polish Lady Coco Avant Chanel is a super complex shade. It has a taupe base that was sheer on the first coat but went opaque on the second. There are golden flakies, golden shimmer and darker flecks in it, as well as iridescent flakes that mostly flash purple. Very stunning and way prettier in person! It looks a bit murky here. Again, 2 coats needed, the formula felt thin and watery at first but it still covered perfectly after 2 coats. It also belongs to the Fall/Winter 2014 collection.
Crazy Polish Lady Hawaiian Blue is a fun, cheery blue filled with black and white shredded glitter, small neon yellow glitter, and there's neon pink, bright blue and matching-the-base-blue glitter in it as well! Because of the shredded glitter application takes a bit more patience. Just brushing it on will let it clump so some dabbing is needed. I used 3 thin coats. This shade comes from the Refreshing Summer collection.
Crazy Polish Lady Thunder Storm is a lovely lilac shade filled with white and teal glitter. Such a cute shade and quite nicely formulated. I only needed 2 coats for this one! The glitter applied okay, though some dabbing and moving helps to get better placement.
Overall I really liked these colors. Some suit my personal preference better than others obviously but all had something eyecatching and none had formula that was bad. Another good thing: these retail for only €7,-!
Which out of these is your favorite? And had you ever heard of Crazy Polish Lady before? Tell me in the comments!

ReplyDeleteNo I haven't heard of this brand, but I love all of them. I like the fact that they are base and glitter in one. I especially love the first 3, but I need Breakfast at Tiffany's for Valentine's Day

ReplyDeleteCoco Avant Chanel and Hawaiian blue are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteCrazy Polish Lady's "Thunder Storm" and "First Snow" were my very first indie polishes! 13 more shades joined the family, including some stunning holos such as "Cosmic Love".
ReplyDelete"First Snow" is still one of my favorite polishes in my collection and it looks exactly like this: sparkly snow falling from a gray-blue sky - I never want to take it off! Love love love Sofia's work!
Crazy Polish Lady Banana Mama is my favorite - so unique!
