Nailart using Sinful Colors Blue La La

Hi loves! Today I have a fun nailart to show you, I was thinking the other day how I hadn't done a gradient in a while. I also wanted to put my new Maybelline Color Show Top Splatter to use. It's a fun glitter topper with all white satin glitter, part of the Acid Wash collection.

Let's get to it!
So the base of the look is Cirque Colors Carpe Diem. It's my favorite white creme, it's easy to handle and opaque in 2 coats. After it dried, I grabbed a sponge, something to put the polish on, Sinful Colors Blue La La and an orange wood stick. To create the gradient I painted a strip of both the Cirque Colors and Sinful Colors shade, used the orange wood stick to mix them a bit and then used the sponge to pick up the polish and dab on the gradient. I needed 3 rounds of sponging before I had the desired gradient and color on my tips.

It already looked lovely but I wanted something more, so I carefully dabbed on the Maybelline Color Show Top Splatter on the blue part. Doesn't it just look like snowflakes against a blue sky?!

Creating this look was a lot of fun and even though you don't need much different products, it's still a striking outcome.
