Hi loves! Today I have 2 fun glitter shades to show you - I actually received four but haven't had a chance to swatch them all so I figured why not share what's ready ;-). They are from the indie brand Dany Vianna which is a Brazilian brand created by the lovely Dany. She creates all kinds of beautiful glitters which can be purchased at DRK Nails.
Let's get to it!
Dany Vianna Dark Sky is a clear based glitter filled with dark brown hexagonal glitter, blue holographic dots, magenta glitter along with smaller orange squares and brown and blue microglitter. In the bottle it looks very brown and dark, but on the nail it's more balanced in color. I used one coat over a pastel blue base. Application was a dream. Easy spreading polish, no clumping glitter. Finished with topcoat.
Dany Vianna Pumpkin Juice is a clear based glitter filled with two tones and sizes of orange matte hexagonal glitter, smaller brown glitter and a golden sparkle. It really does remind me of pumpkins and it actually makes me crave a pumpkin spice latte, lol! The brown glitter balances out the orange and looks great against an off-white base. I used one coat over OPI My Vampire Is Buff. Application was again perfect, no issues at all. Finished with topcoat.
Overall conclusion
These polishes came well packed, each in their own little box. I don't know how much a bottle holds, but the brushcap is taller than what I am used to. It works nicely and the brush itself is flat and not too wide nor skinny. The clear base isn't thick nor thin and spreads easily, while still holding enough glitter to only use one coat. I'm impressed!
How do you feel about these glitter toppers? Which one do you like better? Tell me in the comments!
Dany Vianna can be found at DRK Nails which offers worldwide shipping. Her polishes retail for $6 which is a great price for the quality you get! You can connect with Dany Vianna through Facebook.
