A stamped gradient using Dance Legend shades

Hi loves! The other day I was playing around with the 2 Dance Legend Gel Effect shades I showed you the other day, and it occured to me how good they were looking together. When that happens, there's one thing you can do: gradient time! And to finish it off I did some stamping ^^.

Keep reading to find out everything I used!

As I said my base was created with 2 Dance Legend Gel Effect shades (1031 and 1036). They are very creamy and quite opaque so it's easy to make them blend without running into each other too much. First I put down 2 coats of 1031, and while it dried I applied the Dance Legend Pure Manicure liquid barrier to protect my nails. I love how thin this one is, it dries very quickly so you basically do not have to wait at all before you can continue with your nail art - by the time you've done a few fingers, it's already dry on the first!

After I did the gradient, I didn't peel off the liquid barrier yet - instead I grabbed Born Pretty Store BP-L003 and my Konad black stamping polish and used the image from the top of the 4th column. I think it really compliments the gradient beneath it!

When I was done with my stamping, all I had to was peel away the liquid barrier and clean up a tiny bit. Such a relief to NOT have Konad black all over my fingers, it's one of the hardest polishes to remove! Obviously I topped with topcoat and my look was done ^^.

What do you think of this nail art combination? Something you'd wear? Tell me in the comments!
Dance Legend is sold through their own webshop, and ships internationally. Dance Legend Gel Effect shades come in 15 ml. bottles and retail for $7.

There are also a few retailers listed on their website if you prefer shopping with a more local webshop. Hypnotic Polish is one of them and is based in The Netherlands - shipping worldwide!

Born Pretty Store is a large online shop with a great assortment of nail art goodies, nail polish and other beauty products. They ship worldwide and for free too, so that's nice! Heck, you can even take 10% off regular priced items using my coupon TRL91.

  12. Perfect gradient with perfect stamping, as always ;) While I love DL's Prisms and Wow Prisms and thermal polishes, I haven't been overly excited about their latest releasesto be honest... They still are pretty, just not unique enough for me to buy them, but for people with smaller collections their new polishes might be interesting.

  25. Yeah they do seem to continue with the ranges that aren't as exciting, though the formula definitely makes up for it. They are lovely staple polishes for sure!
