Nail art // Stampicure using China Glaze Wood You Wanna?

Hi loves! A quick nail art intervention today ^^. I've been working on my China Glaze The Great Outdoors swatches since I received them from PrettyPolish (review coming next week!) but in the mean time, I wanted to show you this fun nail art look I did using 2 shades from this collection: Change Your Altitude and Wood You Wanna?. I was very curious to see if Wood You Wanna would stamp properly and so I tested it - it does work!

Let's take a closer look.

To create this look, I started with 2 effortless coats of China Glaze Change Your Altitude. It's a soft grey shade that looks more purple depending on the light. The formula is spot on with this beauty! Levels really well, nice and opaque, doesn't flow too much but isn't too thick either. Everything you'd want from a creme finish!

While I let my base dry, I brushed on my trusty Dance Legend Pure Manicure cuticle protector. This saves me a lot of time on clean-up when I'm done. After that I used Born Pretty Store BP-L015 and China Glaze Wood You Wanna? for the stamping. It's really fun to see how the copper flecks show up when using this for stamping.

To finish the look, I used a layer of Cirque Colors Matte Look topcoat and it makes the flecks pop even more. It also suits the basecolor I think.

What do you think of this look? Would you have though Wood You Wanna? works for stamping? Tell me in the comments!
