Swatches & Review // Cirque Colors The Metropolis Collection November & December release

Hi loves! Today I am showing you the actual swatches of the 3 gorgeous Cirque Colors shades I used for my nail art yesterday, they are the newest releases from the Cirque Colors Metropolis collection available right now at PrettyPolish. Every month one or more creme shades are added to this collection that is inspired by New York City. So much fun! Also, if you are curious about past releases, be sure to check them out right here. And last but not least, my friend Emily is posting her swatches (and a comparison!) of Rouge Rockefeller as well. her swatches are always making me drool so make sure to visit her as well ^^.

Let's take a closer look.

Please note these are all true cremes, but it seems my topcoat picked up some shimmer from another polish.. which I didn't notice till I was editing these swatches.

Cirque Colors Glitterati (November release) is a chic brown-taupe creme. Chic it is! I love how there is enough grey in this shade to neutralize the brown, and enough brown to keep it from being too cool-toned. The formula is the perfect Cirque Colors creme finish I've come to expect, and it went on smoothly in 2 easy coats.

Cirque Colors Topless in Times Square (November release) is a medium beige creme with mauve undertones. I have quite some yellow in my skin which transforms this polish a bit I think. Either way it is a lovely nude tone on me and I've already worn it twice since I bought it! Again, I needed just 2 coats for this one.

Cirque Colors Rouge Rockefeller (December release) is a dark red creme. It's a tad darker than my pictures shows (bright lighting does that to a more jelly based polish) and a wonderful shade of red for the holidays. I used 2 easy coats for my swatches but should've done 3, there is still some visible nail line unfortunately.

Overall conclusion
As always, Cirque Colors released some perfect cremes! These monthly additions are a great way to expand your basic collection and the fact they are inspired by New York City adds something for me personally. My absolute favorite is Topless in Times Square but I adore all 3 shades.

Which of these shades is your favorite? Tell me in the comments!
