Christmas manicures // Red & green with a flaky twist / Dragonblood

Hi guys! Tis the season for Chrismas manicures! Or maybe you think it's still a bit early, but I've only got a couple of Mondays to spam you with Christmassy goodness ;) So let's get right into it! Today I've got a manicure for you that incorporates the classic red and green, but with a little twist!

Wanna see more?
For this manicure I used one of my gorgeous new crellies from Colors by Llarowe, Red-y or not. I used only 2 coats, not bothering to get it completely opaque, because I knew I was going to cover it with complete awesomeness: Nfu-oh 52. Nfu-oh is mostly blue, because it has a blue jelly base, but it has a strong green shift and that's what is most visible when layering it over red. And even though the blue darkens the red a little bit, it's still red, not purple, perfect for Christmas!

I love love looooove how this turned out! The layering of a jelly over a crelly gives this so much depth and squishiness and I love the green with the red. The first thing I thought when putting this on was that this is what dragonblood must look like (yes, weird I know...).

I hope you guys like it too, and see you next week!
