Nail art // Sally Hansen Ever Green and golden leaves

Hi loves! I'm back today with more nail art, and this is a completely random look I did the other day when I got bored. Unfortunately it turned out a bit too dark so I didn't wear it out but I thought it was too pretty not to share!

Let's take a closer look ^^.

My base is the beautiful Sally Hansen Ever Green. This was one of the polishes I won in a giveaway hosted by My Polish Stash and I hadn´t used it yet, so I thought it was time. The Salon Manicure polishes have a great formula, opaque and easy flowing, though the brush is a bit too big for my personal preference, but I´ll work with it if I have to. I needed 2 coats for opacity and left it to dry a bit.

Then, using my homemade gold leaf topcoat, I added some golden sparkle. While I´m still quite happy with my homemade version, the other day I caved and bought Cirque Colors Au from PrettyPolish because well, sometimes a girl has got to treat herself!

I added some stamping using Born Pretty Store BPL-026 and a black polish. The leafy pattern looked so nice with the green base and the golden flakes peeking through! I also added a matte topcoat because matte ♥.

What do you think of this look? And how do you feel about the Sally Hansen Salon Manicure brushes? Tell me in the comments!
Born Pretty Store is a large online shop with a great assortment of nail art goodies, nail polish and other beauty products. They ship worldwide and for free too, so that's nice! Heck, you can even take 10% off regular priced items using my coupon TRL91.
